I would love to go back, but not so sure now.Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel - and the direction Culture Trip is moving in. Had this been my first visit I would have rated this as TERRIBLE, hopefully Tortilla Flat Management can use this review as constructive critisism and effect positive change. I complained to Sarah and she was indifferent, on top of that our empty plates were never removed after we had finished our meal, the waitress was obviously an amateur and should seek employment elsewhere, as we will be seeking out Mexican food elsewhere as well, hopefully Sarah does not find employment at any other restaurant that I frequent. I ordered one of the specials, a taco with a hard shell wrapped in a soft shell tortilla, the taste was very good but the steak was gristly. We visited early on a Friday evening in February and were seated promptly, our server was Sarah D.
I had been very happy with Tortilla Flat, I have found the food and the service to be very good in the past, however during my most recent visit in February I found both the food and service not acceptable.
